Many people think they have no control over what happens to them in their life and they are at the mercy of fate. In my experience that is totally false. At a very basic level you are creating everything that happens to you. You are not a victim.
Recently a friend of mine's sister (who has had a bad string of relationships with men) said to me that all men are insincere jerks. My answer was, no the ones you are choosing are insincere jerks. YOU CHOSE THEM, NOBODY ELSE DID! She looked at me like I was from Mars. I asked what would be her ideal man? She said she had no idea. So I suggested she get a notebook and start writing down every thing she wanted in a man down to the last detail and review it every day. Think of it as a recipe.
Most people have no idea what they want. But there are many ways to get exactly what you want. Try this: Get a notebook or journal and everyday as you wake ask yourself this question. What do I want to happen to me today? It sounds simple but the most effective things in life often are. It could read like this:
Today I would like to get to work safely
Today I would like to have $200 or more in sales
Today I would like my body to get healthier with every moment that passes
Today I would like to attract only positive people
You get the picture, try this every day for 21 days and see what happens, you will be surprised! Try not to miss a day!
