What Are Your Top 10 Goals For 2013?

What are your Top 10 goals for 2013? Ask that question to your family and your friends. Most people will give you a blank stare when you ask that question. Most people haven't got a clue what they want. So it seems like life just happens to them, they are victims of fate, victims of the economy, victims of Obama, just plain victims! The sad fact is if you don't have precise goals, that you review daily, you are just a wisp in the wind. Life will pretty much be as it has been in the past. The old saying is "If you keep on doing what you are doing, you will keep on getting what you are getting!" That's just the way it is!

So what are your goals for 2013? I set my Top 10 Goals For 2013 on New Year's Eve 2012-2013, while most of my friends were out getting loaded. It's only January 20th and I have already achieved one of my Top 10 goals, with another to be achieved shortly. Actually, I already have 100 goals set for 2013, with more on the way!

This is an excellent way to get you off autopilot!

How You Do Anything, Is How You Do Everything!

Remember this when going about any task in your life! Do everything with pride and give your best effort, success will surely follow! Somebody will take notice!

Pay Yourself First!

One of the most important practices in achieving financial wealth and independence is adopting the law of PAYING YOURSELF FIRST! This means whenever you receive money, immediately take 10% of whatever amount you receive and pay yourself first. 

Exercise-Go down to your local bank at once and open up a savings account, you are then going to deposit 10% of whatever sums of money you receive in the account and leave it there. Even if it is one dollar! Every week before you pay any bills, or spend a dime, complete this practice. A good way of doing this is getting a mason jar, putting the cash or a check in the jar and depositing it every Monday. Do this weekly without fail. It will put you in the top 5% of people in the world, who practice this art! It has created miracles in my life. Napoleon Hill said people who fail to practice this art will NEVER be wealthy not matter how much money they earn. DO IT NOW!

Try This Exercise Now!

Here is very empowering exercise that has had incredible impact on my life. If you have a journal or notebook, try this right now!

Take a clean page and write down at least 10 ways you could potentially make money. Keep this page in front of you until you get at least 10. I will give you the next step in a few days, So please check back every day!

No News Is Good News

It has been stressed to me for years in every personal development course I have taken, that "No News Is Good News." The news you see on TV daily is really not the news, it is only a tiny portion of what is really going on in the world or in your town. Most news on TV or radio is BAD, it's no wonder people feel bad. Most of the news you see on TV is controlled by drug companies, their trick is to put you into fear by watching the news, then providing you the escape route from that fear in the drugs or product they have to sell. It almost puts you in a hypnotic trance. It's mind control, plain and simple. Most of the news you see every day has no bearing on your life, and you do not need at all. It's just creating negative programs in your mind. 

Focus on the positive! With things like Youtube now available, you can view a virtual library of positive and empowering material. I run an internet business, and while working on my business, I literally saturate my mind with positive programs. Staying away from negative news is not easy, it draws you in, and put you in fear. So remember this line WHATEVER I FEAR, WILL ONE DAY APPEAR! The mind thinks in pictures, and does not see negatives. So if you say to yourself, "I hope I don't have a heart attack", what you mind hears is "I hope I have a heart attack." One way to take the fear out of your life is the following process:

Every day, ask yourself this question (either out loud or in writing)

WHAT AM I AFRAID OF?

Then ask yourself:
COULD I LET GO OF WANTING THIS TO HAPPEN? 
Then simply answer YES!

Do this process 20 times a day, and will begin to rid your subconscious of hidden fears, that are programming you. This is a great process to do while in the shower, walking, while commercials are on TV. I do it while watching baseball. After each half inning, I hit the mute, then either run this process, or affirm one of my goals. It takes practice at first, but with time it takes you in a whole new direction.

But getting back to the news, don't watch it, especially avoid it within an hour of bedtime. And remember to check back here for more tips on moving in the direction you choose!

Goal Setting Workshop 2013 Part 1

Goal setting works, no question about it. Those without goals are like wisps in the wind. Years ago before I knew about goal setting, I made a list of 500 records I wanted. I found the list recently, and I found 487 of them, most without ever actively searching for them. 

Today's goal setting tip:

Go out right now and get a hard bound journal at any CVS or Walmart. Begin with page one, and write in bold laters MY GOALS 2013:

After that storm your mind for anything you would like to manifest this year, with deadlines. Be as specific as possible, here are some examples from my goals.

1. I have an original copy of The Citations-Keep The Faith 45 in near mint condition, by December 31, 2013 or sooner!

2. I have a perfectly healthy body by December 31, 2013 or sooner!

3. I weigh 190 LBS or less by December 31, 2013 or sooner!

4. I have my perfect dream home in Middlesex County Connecticut by December 31, 2013 or sooner. 

5. I have $500,000 or more in sales by December 31, 2013 or sooner!

Word all your goals in the manner. You can also word them this way:

I allow myself to have $100,000 in personal income by December 31, 2013 or sooner!

To begin pick your top 10 goals for 2013 and put them on page 1, read this list as soon as you wake, before you go to bed, until you have them memorized. Read them in the shower, while walking, before each meal etc. Get some index cards, and list each of your top 10 goals on a card, worded in the above manner. Carry these cards with you everywhere, try to review them once an hour. Keep your goal list with you while watching TV, hit the mute during commercials, and read your top 10 goals to yourself with feeling. 

With the rest of your goal journal, write as many goals you can think of, that you would like to manifest in 2013, try to fill your book. list anything you would like to have, places you'd like to go, anything. This is a powerful tool. Don't worry about how you will get the goal.
